Just a brief note to tell you that I am very impressed with your installation team and I love the Luminette Privacy Sheers. Corrine was well prepared when she came to my home and brought many samples. Seeing the different colors and styles of sheers was very helpful in selecting the perfect ones for my home. The installers were also great. They hung the sheers with no difficulty and they look great! Working with the Delux team was fun and easy. Thank you for helping my new windows look beautiful.

Our condo has a large number of windows with shades that developed several problems. To replace them we looked for a shade company that had a local store and an on-site selection of a variety of shades and curtains and Deluxe Drapery and Shade Company fit the bill. The employees at the store were very knowledgeable and patient in helping us pick shades and a black-out curtain that fit our needs and budget. After selecting the products we wanted, a sales representative come to our condo, took measurements and provided us with a time-line for installation and cost estimate. All products were installed on schedule and the installer made sure everything worked correctly, set up and demonstrated the electric controller, then took all the old shades with him and made sure the site was clean. Installation took less than an hour then he came back at a later date to install the black-out curtain. We are very pleased with the entire process and will use this company for any future shade and curtain purchases. Thanks to everyone who was involved.
We have been very pleased with both the quality of the items purchased as well as the service. While everyone has been helpful and pleasant I want to mention how much I enjoyed working with Siga. She has all the attributes of an excellent salesperson – friendly, professional and knowledgeable.

We knew nothing about blinds when we started, but the designers provided expert advice, so the choices turned out to be perfect. The measuring & installation went very smoothly---it was a pleasure to deal with everyone involved from start to finish. The HunterDouglas blinds themselves are top quality. I was honestly a pleasure to work with Deluxe Drapery - especially thanks to Corinne, our Deluxe Drapery designer. What we really liked about her was her honesty. She isn't a "yes" person. She actually gave her honest opinion. She did a great job and we are very pleased with the results. All in all, it was a very good experience and we will be 'spreading the word'!
My project was very small, blinds only for one window, but I was treated with total respect and courtesy as if I had a whole house project. When Corrine Deckard came to my house to measure the window, not only was she very knowledgeable about the products, but she offered several suggestions as well. Plus, she was fun to work with! Jason, the installer, worked quickly and efficiently, and just like Corrine, was very personable. I am very pleased with my blinds and will be returning to Delux Drapery for my next project.

Siga did a great job helping us pick roller shades with the new touch (non-electric) controls for our living room, and she was really helpful picking the color and fabric for the Silhouette shades in the bedroom. Your installer was wonderful, and we really appreciated the return trip to fix our goof on where to place the controls for the roller shades. I would definitely recommend you!

S-O-O-O will tell you directly - the guidance. service, support and quality received was above reproach! Additionally, your patience with us during the planning and decision phases of our project(s) was greatly appreciated. The people I worked with were both great. The young woman who came and measured and helped me pick out the shades was not intrusive, direct, knowledgeable and helpful. The same is true of the man who hung them. He spent time educating me after they were hung. I am grateful to them both.
I have been very pleased with my past two installations of Duettes. Jason did a great job- he was professional and pleasant. The measurements were done by Kathy to fit each window perfectly. These are two people I would invite into my home again. They were so pleasant and professional!
My experience was very good with Siga’s visit and measurements as well as Jason’s installations. Occasionally the staff at the store seem a bit impatient. Otherwise all was good.
Just want you to know how pleased I am with my custom headboard. Karol did such a wonderful job. I Could not believe how she matched the flowers up everywhere. I was also surprised that I didn't have any additional charges. Thought that there would be some. I will not hesitate to recommend Delux Drapery to everyone and to return for future projects with you. thank you.

This is just PRAISE for your company and having a representative like Michele who went above and beyond to solve a problem regarding too short of rods for me to open my blinds with. Because of her thoughtfulness and concern I can now just reach over and wa-LA !! I have my daylight first thing in the morning without having to crawl up on toilet seat rims, desktops or counter tops. It may seem like a little change but it's made such a wonderful difference in my life. THANK YOU !!!

I recently hired Delux Drapery to make blinds for 5 rooms in my house. From start to finish everyone was professional, efficient and enjoyable to work with. The show room sales person was knowledgeable about blinds available for my needs, from which I selected what should be brought to my house for a final choice. The windows were expertly measured and ultimately the blinds were hung perfectly and quite quickly considering the amount of work involved. I will certainly be working with Delux Drapery again.
